Week 3 Challenge

I have received the email for this week's challenge from Michelle.  Wow!!  This will be a hard one for me for a number of reasons.  I work full time, don't particularly like riding bikes and I don't have access to a rowing machine.
However I have already started swimming twice a week and will get out and get some walks/runs in this week.  I think the 30km is achievable if you tackle it in stages.
I shall keep you posted on my progress.

Weight loss goal

Current weight - 70kg
Goal weight - 55kg
Well, here I am.  I have just signed up for the 12 Week Body Challenge with Michelle.

I am really looking forward to this challenge and getting my body back into a shape that doesn't resemble a potato.  When I was younger I used to be a gym junkie and then life kind of got in the way.  Got married, divorced, married again and now a Mum.  I wouldn't change any of that for the world but I have not been paying the best attention to me.  The same can be said of all Mum's!!!

Anyway, here we go.
